Home Schooling - March 2020
All staff at Tilbury Nursery facilitated Home Schooling during the initial National Lockdown from March 2020 until Nurseries were able to reopen.
A selection of our Home Schooling - at this time - is posted on videos below.
Staff made a video to cheer the children up - See below.

Home Schooling January 2021
Although the new National Lockdown in January 2021 did not close Early Years Settings - the majority of our parents at Tilbury chose not to send their children back into Nursery at this time.
25 children stayed home.
Therefore Management split:
Mrs Drozd opened and ran the Nursery for the 14 children who chose to return to Nursery with the staff team .
Mrs Scutt facilitated Home Schooling throughout this time from home for those families who chose to stay home.

Mrs Scutt interacted with families regularly via Zoom, telephone calls, WhatsApp and the posting of a range differentiated fun videos covering the 7 areas of Learning and Development - all posted on Microsoft Teams.
EVERYONE WAS HAPPY!

A selection of Videos are posted below
Mrs Scutt also created a slideshow of ALL the children as parents reported that their children were missing each other.
