As a small nursery, we know our children well and provide personalised, responsive support tailored to individual needs.

When needed, we work closely with external professionals to ensure children receive the right support.
This may include: • Inclusion Development Officer • Speech and Language Therapists • Occupational Therapists • Paediatricians • Health Visitors • Local Authority SEND team We support families with referrals and attend meetings as part of a team around the child. |

We: • Share concerns sensitively and honestly • Hold regular review meetings • Work together on strategies • Support families through referral processes • Celebrate progress together We believe strong home–nursery partnerships lead to the best outcomes for children. |
📈 Monitoring ProgressChildren with SEND are supported to make progress in small, meaningful steps.
We: • Set realistic, achievable targets • Review plans termly or more frequently if needed • Adjust strategies based on progress • Prepare children carefully for transitions Our aim is always to build independence, confidence and readiness for the next stage of learning. |
